Supply details of the town, street, number on the lamp post, adjacent property/landmark, type of fault, your name and phone number (just in case we need to contact you).

Emergency Reporting

Street lighting emergencies are only situations where there is either electrical or structural danger, lights being out does not constitute an emergency.

If you feel there is a genuine emergency as described above,  please contact the police if outside of office hours, all other faulty lights can be reported  at the top of this page.
