Worcestershire Domiciliary Care Providers Forum
Forums are held on a quarterly basis for domiciliary care
providers who hold a Preferred Provider or Spot contract with
Worcestershire County Council. Please see below for future agendas
and previous minutes and attachments.

Monitoring Process
The County Council aims to monitor all
contracted domiciliary care providers annually. This will involve
either a full monitoring exercise (site audit, service user visits
and staff feedback) or an annual monitoring review (site
