Location

Car Parking

The nearest parking is on Deansway behind the Technical College, other parking is available in the Crown Gate Multi-Storey (which includes Worcester Shop Mobility).

Providing Facilities

We provide information, signposting and advice on all issues relating to physical or sensory disability. This service is open to the public 10 am – 4 pm Monday to Friday.

Meeting Space

We offer space for meetings and groups, which promote and provide services for people with a physical or sensory disability The main hall is spacious and has a kitchenette for making drinks, it also has a number of small tables and comfortable Connect Worcester Facilitiesseating for up to 30 people.

Toilet Facilities

Within our Connect building we have two toilets, one has the standard type of adaptations you would expect in a toilet for people with disabilities and the other is in our Personal Care Suite which is designed to high standards and contains a hoist, changing bed and douche toilet facility for people who may have specialist needs.

The suite will shortly be opening 24 hours a day with support from an emergency monitoring service and on call staff. Security systems include CCTV and Fob activated accessibility.

Individually tailored training will be given to eligible users and their assistant on the safest use of the equipment and our security systems.

There will be no charge to attend the Drop-In however we do ask for a small donation towards refreshments.
