Free short term support to adults who have a disability,
or who are an older adult
Our free services aim to identify
leisure, education and/or employment opportunities within the local
community, and increase each individual's confidence to attend
Connect provide 'travel development' which aims to increase
an individual's ability to travel independently.
We offer weekly drop-ins which provide opportunities to meet
with others and listen to visiting speakers. These are available to
any adult/older adult with a physical disability or sensory

Information and advice
All Connects work closely with a variety of voluntary
organisations, and if they are not able to help with a particular
piece of advice themselves, they are able to offer signposting
facilities to the appropriate agency.
Interested in Connect?
Any resident of Worcestershire, who is 18 or over and has a
disability can receive support from Connect.
Referrals can be taken from social care and health
professionals, private and voluntary agencies or from individuals
by contacting the Access centre.
