The Blue Badge Parking Scheme

Disabled Persons Blue Badge LogoThe Blue Badge scheme (parking badges for disabled people) provides parking concessions both nationally and in Europe, for people with a permanent and substantial disability, whether the person is the driver or the passenger.

 About the Blue Badge Scheme 
You can download leaflets free of charge here - they provide information about using and displaying a Blue Badge correctly in England and Wales.

 Apply for a Blue Badge 
The Blue Badge scheme is for drivers or passengers with severe mobility problems. The scheme allows Blue Badge holders to park close to where they need to go. The scheme does not apply to off-street car parking. Find out how to apply or see if you might be eligible.
