Protection of Property
Looking after your property if you are in hospital or
residential care.
Your relatives or friends will take care of your house,
pets and bills until you come home or until other arrangements are
made for you. In certain circumstances, if Worcestershire
County Council is involved in making arrangements for your care and
there is no one else to make arrangements for the protection of
your property or it has concerns about the arrangements that have
been or are being made for the protection of your property, your
social care worker will talk to you about visiting your property
and making the necessary arrangements to make your property
safe.
