The Council is the Highway authority for the six districts within Worcestershire and holds information about the Status and extent of the public highway for Worcester City, Redditch, Bromsgrove, Wyre Forest, Malvern Hills and Wychavon.

	Roads adopted by Worcestershire County Council The List of Streets is available for inspection free of charge in Reception at County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester during normal office hours. (No appointment is necessary) copies are also available to view at your local district council. For trunk roads and motorways please contact the Highways Agency on 08457 50 40 30 or 0121 3358300.
	Requesting a Highway Personal Search Should you require highways information relating to a particular property or piece of land, we operate a fast and efficient personal search service delivered by a team of officers trained to interpret highways records and keep in constant contact with those responsible for instigating proposals to the highway network within Worcestershire. This ensures you receive the most up to date information available. The county council's procedure for personal search enquiries is as follows: Complete the Highways Search Enquiry Form (169 KB) and provide a location plan for the property or land searched against. There is a fee of £17.00 for all or one of the highways questions on the CON29(R) form. There is a fee charged of £7.00 per question for replies to Q4(b) and Q5 on the CON29(O). Please note payment is required in advance by cheque made payable to Worcestershire County Council and sent to the address below. Alternatively, we can accept electronic payment made via Debit or Visa Card upon email request to highwaysearch@worcestershire.gov.uk Please do not use this form for obtaining the extents of Public Highway – please refer to 'Extent of Public Highway' as below.
	Extent of public Highway Should you require information and a plan showing the extent of publicly maintainable highway the fee is £45.00 (Note: For large areas a quote will be provided as charges may be higher).
