WSCB Inter-Agency Guidance and Procedures
Worcestershire Safeguarding Children Board have
collaborated with Shropshire, Herefordshire and Telford &
Wrekin Safeguarding Children Boards to have joint guidance
and procedures in relation to child protection.
These procedures are available on a separate site please follow
the link from the image below.
Protocols
Safeguarding children depends on good
communication between Agencies and in robust inter-agency protocols
for working with children and families.
The main document which provides guidance and
background information for workers in Worcestershire is the
Inter-Agency Guidance.
In addition to this document there are
individual protocols dealing with specific aspects of
safeguarding.
The protocols for Worcestershire are uploaded
to the Inter-Agency Guidance (IAG) twice yearly
and can
be downloaded here. Recently approved protocols not
yet uploaded to the IAG can be found on the right hand side of this
page.
