information and advice on a number of aspects of road
safety.

Bikeability
Find out more about Bikeability Cycle
Training, school based training for pupils of all abilities. A
range of Cycling Training is also available
from the council.

Child Safety Seats
Children's Safety is important, so in this
section you can learn more about different ways to secure your
children when travelling with your children in a car.

Road Safety Education
A variety of Road Safety education is available to pupils in
Worcestershire schools as part of Worcestershire County Council's
commitment to reducing the number of accidents involving
children.

Walking with Children
It is recommended that children and young people take at least
60 minutes moderate exercise per day. Walking with
children can incorporated this into the day by:
- Mapping/ Walking routes to school
- Park and Stride
- Riders and Striders
- School Crossing Patrol
- Walking buses
- Walk to school week
- Walk once a week
