Preferred Bidder
We have completed the Competitive Dialogue Process and selected
our preferred bidder, Galliford Try Investments Ltd. This was
confirmed in the
Final Business Case 
(503KB) approved by the Department for Culture, Media and
Sport (DCMS) in November 2009.
Galliford Try's high quality design team consists of:

- Landscape Architects: Grant Associates
Sustainability
Worcestershire County Council intends to build on its
established reputation for sustainable design and construction by
setting with its partners very challenging environmental
performance targets for this project.
The design(s) will set a new standard in environmental
performance for PFI projects and the public sector as a whole and
are predicted to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating, 50% improvement
on Building Regulations Part L energy performance and 50% provision
of renewable energy.
The Preferred Bidders, Galliford Try Investments Ltd, proposals
designed by Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios and Max Fordham LLP will
represent a new benchmark in design and environmental quality for
PFI projects.
