Conference?
A: The Conference is open to other public sector
organisations who are either considering or implementing
asset rationalisation programmes.

Professionals only?
A: No - the workshops will consider the benefits and
challenges of collaborative and partnership working. There
will be examples of how property can be used to contribute to
localism and respond to the individual needs of
communities. These examples will discuss the political
dimension as well as the financial and service user impacts.

What practical and real examples of CAP projects will there
be?
A: Each workshop has been designed to share the current
and ongoing project work being implemented across
Worcestershire. These projects involve multiple public sector
organisations, VSO's as well as some input from the private
sector. Project governance and outputs will be
discussed.

Will there be an opportunity to ask questions and network with
those involved in project delivery?
A: Many of the Worcestershire Partners including Health,
Fire, Police, Districts, JobCentre Plus, will be available on the
day to share experiences, outcomes as well as advice and guidance
on lessons learned.
