Fees
A standard national fee of £97 (as set by
the Government) is charged per request for the discharge of
planning conditions. This does not apply to householder
developments. Check out Fees for
Planning Applications in England.
A fee is required for all requests relating to
planning conditions imposed on planning permissions for both the
approval of relevant details and confirmation that conditions have
been complied with.
Note
- As a fee is charged per request, if
details are submitted separately for each condition, they
will count as separate requests, each one liable to a
fee. We advise you to cite all conditions in one request
- and be liable for just one fee.
- We will endeavour to make a decision
within 8 weeks of the date we receive your request. If
we require more time, we will seek your agreement in writing.
- We will refund your fee if we are
unable to (a) confirm or (b) give indication of confirmation,
within 12 weeks of receiving your request.
