Schools, Youth and Higher Education

Worcestershire's Outdoor Education Centres offer a huge range of
activities and courses designed to develop a range of life skills
and enhance the curriculum. Working as a team, building
self-confidence and problem solving are all elements of the
physical activities on offer, but specific subjects are also
supported through field study sessions. Recent courses and themes
include: rocks and fossils, Iron Age hut, Victorian water cure,
Native American days and much more. Please contact the centres
directly to discuss specific requirements and we'll do what we can
to help.
Beyond the
Classroom
Outdoor education is much more than outdoor activities. Outdoor
education is about inspiring, developing and challenging people
through activities and experiences that build life skills,
confidence and motivation. It is also great fun. Find out more information on Beyond the
Classroom.
Field
Studies
Inspiring students is at the heart of outdoor education. Valleys
carved by ice, ancient lava flows and the rich biodiversity of a
coastline or pond can help bring learning to life. Seeing is
believing and doing is learning. Find out
more information on Field Studies.
