Problems using your pass?

In a small number of cases across Worcestershire, some National Travel Passes issued since September 2012 are being rejected by ticket machines on the buses. If this has happened to you, please read: Information regarding your National Travel Pass (PDF 37 KB).

What We Need From You

Please have your Personal Identification Number (PIN) to hand which can be found in the box at the top right of your renewal letter (all Worcestershire residents whose passes are due to expire on or before 31 May 2013 will receive their letter by the end of 2012, please see below for more information). Once you have clicked the link above you will be asked to copy this number onto the form along with your name, address and postcode. Please then follow the process as instructed. On page 2 (Upload Images) all Wyre Forest residents will be required to submit a passport style photograph of the pass holder. All other residents can either keep the photo on their current pass by clicking 'Next' or following the instructions to upload a new photograph.

 What Happens Next?

Once you have completed the online renewal process you should receive your replacement pass within 28 days. Your current pass will remain valid until your new one is received but please use your new pass from the day of receipt. When you receive your new pass, a freepost envelope will be supplied so that you can simply send your old one back to us for security purposes.

Why are we asking you to renew early?

In order to ensure that residents are not affected by passes automatically expiring in May 2013, and therefore impacting their freedom to travel, Worcestershire County Council has taken the decision to renew passes in advance of current pass expiry dates, on a phased basis across the County.
