Worcestershire County Council Online Shop

Worcestershire's Online Shop provides Certificates, Walking Guides, Books and Photographs.

Certificates

You can obtain a copy of a birth, death or marriage certificate only for events which took place in the county of
Worcestershire, as it stands today.

A long certificate provides full name, date of birth, place of birth, parents' details and occupations and is suitable as proof of ID for passport applications, building society and bank accounts.

A short certificate provides full name, date of birth and place of birth but may not be suitable as proof of ID for services such as passport applications, building society or bank accounts.

Please check with your service provider first as to whether a short or long certificate is required (If in doubt we recommend choosing the 'Long Certificate' option).
