If you are a resident of Malvern Hills, Worcester, Wychavon or Wyre Forest, a new e-billing service is now available which enables you to view and manage your Council Tax account details online and receive your council tax bill by email rather than post as well as set up Direct Debit payments as a more convenient payment method.
