Service Level Agreement (SLA)
The Learning Support Team is a
service whose support is purchased by schools using delegated SEN
funding. This support is negotiated in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) (PDF 689
KB).
During all the years of supporting schools in this way, over 90%
of Worcestershire Schools have always purchased our SLA. We are
delighted with this endorsement of our support and strive to
continually listen to our schools and improve the service we can
offer. To help with continuing improvement we collect data annually
from schools with our SLA, to evaluate service quality, performance
and impact.
Schools and establishments that are not part of our SLA but are
requiring our services, such as specialist assessments or training,
can negotiate their requirements and purchase them through our
additional services option.
SLA schools can also purchase additional services and sessions
at preferential rates, if required.
- Parent Partnership
We work in
close cooperation with the Parent Partnership Service, who may be
able to supply the information required regarding pupils with SEN
or direct any enquiries to the appropriate
service.
