  1. Q. How do I register my organisation for training?
    A. To access our training you will need to register your organisation. Download a Registration Form (WORD 73 KB) which includes our terms and conditions.

    A. To discuss your training requirements and find out about course dates and availability please contact Sarah McCammon: smccammon@worcestershire.gov.uk.

  3. Q. How do I book on training?
    A. To book individual places on a existing course please download the Individual Booking Form (PDF 82 KB). To arrange an in-house course within your own establishment please download the In-house Booking Form (PDF 85 KB).

  4. Q. Do I have to pay for training?
    A. We currently do not charge private, independent or voluntary care providers who register to access our training.

  5. Q. Can someone else attend a course instead of me?
    A. You can transfer a place on a course to a substitute delegate, as long as the Learning & Development Centre is notified prior to the course.

  6. Q. Do you have course notes & training?
    A. The Learning, Development & Well-being Centre's or external Learning & Development Organisations course notes or training, cannot be relied upon for legal interpretation. Neither the Learning, Development & Well-being Centre or external Learning & Development Organisations, their employers, trainers or consultants can accept responsibility for the actions of delegates, or those of other people reading the course notes, or accept responsibility for any loss incurred as a result of relying on the course content of the course notes.

    The Learning, Development & Well-being Centre reserves the right to alter course dates and venues without liability. The Learning, Development & Well-being Centre will not reimburse travel or accommodation expenses.

    A. Yes - to find out more please contact Sarah McCammon: smccammon@worcestershire.gov.uk. In order to respond rapidly to changes in market demand, the Learning, Development & Well-being Centre reserves the right to alter its course content and/or trainer.
