Q. Do I have to pay for training?
A. We currently do not charge private, independent or voluntary
care providers who register to access our training.

Q. Can
someone else attend a course instead of me?
A. You can transfer a place on a course to a substitute delegate,
as long as the Learning & Development Centre is notified prior
to the course.

Q. Do you
have course notes & training?
A. The Learning, Development & Well-being Centre's or external
Learning & Development Organisations course notes or training,
cannot be relied upon for legal interpretation. Neither the
Learning, Development & Well-being Centre or external Learning
& Development Organisations, their employers, trainers or
consultants can accept responsibility for the actions of delegates,
or those of other people reading the course notes, or accept
responsibility for any loss incurred as a result of relying on the
course content of the course notes.
The Learning, Development & Well-being Centre reserves the
right to alter course dates and venues without liability. The
Learning, Development & Well-being Centre will not reimburse
travel or accommodation expenses.
