We need to change in Worcestershire to better meet the needs of
children and young people. To do this we are reconfiguring our
service and also increasing our capacity. We are seeking additional
QSWs with experience of working with children and young people 'in
need' including those in need of protection and being looked after.
This is an exciting and challenging time to join us and help shape

National Social Work Campaign - Help Give Them A
Voice:
Help give them a voice is a campaign supported by the Department
for Children, Schools and Families and the Department of Health
who, working together, have responsibility for national policy on
social work. The campaign aims to higher the profile of social work
and highlight the valuable work that social workers carry out.
Often the media portrays social work in a negative light but this
campaign focuses on the positive impact that social workers have on
people's lives by presenting real life scenarios and feedback from
