Corporate Plan 2009-13

Our Corporate Plan sets out our priorities for action during 2009-13.

The plan is our main strategic document and it guides the work of the whole council. As well as identifying our priorities, it also explains why we agreed them, how we will measure them and what our key actions will be to achieve them.Corporate Plan cover

You can view the Worcestershire County Council Corporate Plan 2009-13 online or download a copy.

Our priorities for 2009-13 are:

  • Value for money and low Council Tax
  • The local economy
  • Keeping people safe
  • Roads, travel and transport
  • Independent healthy living
  • Educational achievement and skills
  • A green future

When a new administration is elected, a new plan for the four-year period is developed and approved by the full council. Our most recent elections took place in June 2009 and the current Corporate Plan was adopted in January 2010.

We haven't printed copies of our plan because it saves money and natural resources.

If you have a genuine need for a printed copy, please contact Sharon Muranyi by calling 01905 728690 or emailing smuranyi@worcestershire.gov.uk
