It's essential that everyone works together here as one organisation, One Council.  Communication across our organisation takes many forms. Thought's, opinions and ideas are always welcome.  We have an annual staff survey, to encourage feedback from across our organisation, and regular e-surveys regarding current issues such as Travel.

Here at the Council, we embrace diversity and are committed to pursuing equality of opportunity for all. We're dedicated to getting the most from our workforce, and welcome the different opinions and approaches that this brings.

• Noticeboard Our online staff noticeboard with news and announcements
• Black Colleagues Group This group plays an active role in the work of the Equality group for Race and Religion and provides excellent feedback concerning the needs of our BME communities.
• Disabled Staff Network An active group of disabled staff who provide a valuable contribution to Worcestershire County Council
• Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Staff Network This is a network for LGBT people to come together, to have a voice, and ensure that the council considers this group in its role as an employer and in the services it provides
