To successfully apply for the badge under these terms you will

permanently in the car.

My daughter is under two and has severe asthma. This
means that we have to always have a nebuliser near by in case of an
asthma attack. This is quite a bulky machine, which means it can't
be carried, could I have a parking badge on her
behalf?
Parents of children under two years old can
now apply for a Blue Badge on their behalf provided that the child
has a condition that requires quick access to bulky equipment that
cannot be easily carried or the child has a condition that may
necessitate quick access to transport when urgent medical treatment
might be required
Please note any badge issued under the above criteria will
expire on the child's second birthday
