The aim of the Resources Directorate  is to provide top-quality customer focused services to the public, elected Councillors and to the staff whose work we support.  The directorate also has a responsibility to ensure that all resources of the Council (people, ICT and money) are used effectively.

	Units and Teams within Resources Resources Directorate currently employs 465 Full Time Equivalent staff delivering a diverse range of services, and has a budget for 2011/12 of £33,432 million.
