Key Accountabilities
The Resources Directorate exists to help
Worcestershire County Council achieve its objectives and to support
the provision of high quality and cost effective services to the
people and communities of Worcestershire.
It does this by ensuring that the professional

other Directorates and partner organisations are of a high quality,
are cost effective and that they strive for continuous
improvement.
The Directorate also plays a leading role in
driving change and improvement across Worcestershire County Council
