Consultation Reports

You Said, We Will!

In 2007,the Council held three events in Redditch, Worcester and Kidderminster at which we asked the community their thoughts on race equality and how we could improve quality of life within Worcestershire.

Over 120 people from diverse backgrounds attended and told us their views on many topics including; racial harassment, access to information, the Council's image and job opportunities and much more! We produced a report with all those comments and the details of what we intend to do in response.

Read the You Said, We Will report in full.

Question

What Does Diversity Mean to You?

At the 2008 Community Fairs we asked people at all three events in Redditch, Worcester and Kidderminster what the word 'diversity' meant to them.

Read the What does Diversity mean to you? report to find out what their thoughts were.
