Application Form for Instrument Hire

Please note:

  • Payment must be receipted before your instrument is released. To speed up the process please send a cheque for the first term's hire after submitting this form.
  • All cheques must be made payable to Worcestershire County Council. Please send them to: Worcestershire Youth Music, The Elgar Centre, Crown East Lane, Lower Broadheath, Worcestershire. WR2 6RH
  • We can only hire instruments to pupils who are receiving music lessons from Worcestershire Youth Music. We are unable to hire instruments to adults.
  • Shoulder rests, replacement reeds and strings, and other accessories and expendables are not included in the hire fee.
