Campaign for fairer funding in Worcestershire

Have you signed the fairer funding petition on the number 10 website?

As part of the national campaign coordinated by the f40 Group of the lowest funded Local Authorities a petition has been launched on the Number 10 Downing Street website. The link is: -

http://petitions.number10.gov.uk/handsup4schools/

The petition is high on list on the site and has reached a size that will require a formal response. This is great, but obviously Worcestershire County Council and f40 would like to see more people showing their support by registering their views.

The County wants to see an end to the unfair post-code funding lottery that affects the education of so many children and young people in our area, so please join us in supporting the campaign doing all you can to promote the petition.

Thank you for your continuing support.
