The Family Information Service can also help with:

• Free places for 3 and 4 year olds
• Rights of working parents
• Support for parents of children with special needs and/or disabilities
• Working with children, young people and their families
• Free: Working parents-to-be sessions.

If you would like to speak to someone, call the Family Information Service helpline on 01905 790560, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm. Our helpline staff are here to help and the information will be posted out the same day. You can also email familyinfo@worcestershire.gov.uk and can request information via email.
