What happens at a children’s centre?

Not every children’s centre will be the same but they will all aim to provide activities locally, which could include:

• Family support on issues such as feeding, sleeping and behaviour management
• Baby and toddler activities
• High quality childcare and nursery education
• Antenatal sessions
• Stay and Play sessions
• Breastfeeding support
• Healthy eating advice
• Access to employment and training information
• Financial advice
• And much more…
