Meal Ideas

In this section you will find some ideas for snacks and meals.

Instead of crisps, chocolate or biscuits when you are feeling peckish try eating fruit or some toast (try and avoid white bread as this is very sugary, wholemeal bread will be more filling) instead.  This will help you to feel fuller and give you more energy.  Snacks such as chocolate will give you a sudden energy boost but will then leave you feeling even more tired than you did before.

It’s well worth getting your self a basic cookbook for easy, cheap, nutritional recipes. There are lots to choose from so go on take a look.

Remember always follow cooking instructions on packets & basic hygiene rules.
