Please note that the number of places per childminder, group setting or school that can be booked on any one course date may be restricted at our discretion. This restriction may be applied retrospectively to a booking request. Bookings are on a strict 'first come, first served' basis.

In normal circumstances the setting name given above will be invoiced for the full cost. Please state your Customer Number for invoicing purposes, if known. You will find your Customer Number at the top of any previous invoice that you may have received.

The completion of this Short Course Booking Form is not a guarantee of a booking. You will contacted by email to confirm that your request has been received and processed. If we are unable to complete your request due to insufficient spaces, we will suggest alternative course dates or place the name of any delegate onto a reserve list.
We will send confirmation of the venue approximately two weeks before training commences.
