Worcestershire County Council provides free early education places for all three and four year old children within Worcestershire.
Changes were made to nursery education funding from 1st April 2011. All the information on this page is up-to-date and correct from 1st April 2011.
Parents can find out more about free early education places by calling the Family Information Service on 01905 822 666 or by visiting their website. The Family Information Service's website now includes a Nursery Education Funding page which contains frequently asked questions (FAQs) for parents that is also available to download and/or print.
If your setting is a registered provider for funded three and four year olds you are required by the Early Years Provider Agreement to attend your Local Partnership Group. Find out about the Early Years Local Partnership Groups.
