Criteria for Entry of Children into Care Scrutiny Review
The scrutiny examined:
- How decisions are made on whether a child should be taken into
the care of the Local Authority;
- Whether the processes for making these decisions are effective
and conform to best practice;
- Whether anything could be done to improve the decision making
process.
