Worcestershire County Council's Forward Plan
The Forward Plan contains matters on which the Leader of the
Council believes that the Cabinet is likely to take decisions,
including key decisions, over the next 4 months. It
will be updated and published on or near the 14th day of every
month.
A key decision is one which
- involves significant expenditure or savings
- has a significant effect on communities in two or more
electoral divisions.
Comments or representations about any matter listed in the Plan
can be made to the officer shown at County Hall, Spetchley Road,
Worcester WR5 2NP (unless otherwise shown), or by telephone, fax or
email as shown. These comments or representations must be
received by
- no later than 14 days prior to the expected date of the
decision being taken (if known); or
- at least 14 days prior to the commencement of the month in
which it is anticipated that the decision will be taken; or
- any other date as specified in any particular consultation
document.
For any information relating to the matters listed please also
contact the Officers as shown .
The Plan lists documents which are known to be or will be
available for the Cabinet. Other documents relevant to the
matters listed may be submitted as they become available, but in
any case documents relating to the matters listed which are
available to the public will be available at the latest 5 working
days before the relevant meeting from the Director of Resources,
County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester WR5 2NP during normal office
hours.
