The Blue Badge Parking Scheme

Blue Badge scheme (parking badges for disabled people) provides
parking concessions both nationally and in Europe, for people with
a permanent and substantial disability, whether the person is the
driver or the passenger.

The Blue Badge scheme is for drivers or passengers with severe
mobility problems. The scheme allows Blue Badge holders to park
close to where they need to go. The scheme does not apply to
