Supporting Councillors
The Worcestershire Hub is committed to working with County
and District Councillors to enable them in their role in
representing the interests of local residents.
As the first point of contact for council services, the benefits
for Councillors using the Worcestershire Hub include:
- Having a single point of contact to register Councillor
enquiries or those of their constituents.
- Known timescales for information updates and completion of
enquiries.
- Reducing the need to chase enquiries.
- Providing a clear route for all non-complex
enquiries.
- Resolution of a number of enquiries at first point of
contact.
- Data for queries logged through the Worcestershire Hub can be
used to present Area Profile Information by Worcestershire
County Council's Research & Intelligence Team.
