Warden's Charter Agreement

Before the Worcestershire Wardens Partnership could be formally created, we had to have a purpose and a way or working that would be the backbone of the group.

The main aims of the Partnership were to encourage volunteering in the environmental sector, promote best practice in working with volunteers, encourange collaboartion between organisations who host volunteers and to create a sense of family amongst all volunteers in the sector - regardless of which organisation they volunteer for.

To help do this, it was felt that there needed to be some form of common standards between all of the organisations on what we would do for all volunteers. These documents can all be viewed below.
