Council Procurement

Every year Worcestershire County Council (WCC) has spent approximately £270million on the procurement of Goods, Works and Services.

Pen and paperIn 2011, the council made a commitment to apply WCC's Commissioning Process to all services in the future to source the right service from the right provider at the right price. This will either be the internal provider or will result in the service being procured from an external provider.

The council is committed to effectively working with its providers and promoting opportunities for organisations from all sectors. The Council has well-established procedures for offering work or buying products and does not respond to unsolicited enquiries or applications.
