Strategic Projects                      

Strategic Projects is a small group set up to help support the achievement of the County Councils strategic objectives through the effective management of major, high-value projects and through supporting the approach to project management across the Authority.

                            

                     

Our role is to:

• Project manage high value, complex projects that span multiple partners
• Lead on PFI procurement projects for the Authority
• Ensure high quality design and environmental performance is achieved in the PFI process
• Oversee the Council's approach to project management to ensure the Authority is equipped to deliver change
• Support those involved in projects and help to develop project management skills within the authority

Our Latest Projects:

• Worcester Library and History Centre
  A groundbreaking partnership development to create a fully integrated public and university library, which will be completely new to the UK and highly innovative internationally
• Bromsgrove Town Regeneration
  The regeneration and revitalisation of the town centre of Bromsgrove

  Building Schools for the Future (BSF) is the Government's initiative aimed at transforming secondary education
