Childrens Social Care

Complaints will be considered
under these procedures when made by children and young people with
regard to the services they receive from Worcestershire's
Children's Social Care Services. Complaints will also be considered
when made by parents, Local Authority foster carers and other
appropriate adults making a complaint on behalf of a child or young
person.

Statement from the Director of Children's
Services
"We know that sometimes you don't agree with all our actions. If
you think we've got it wrong, it's really important to tell us so
that we have a chance to look again at the actions we've taken.
We will listen to your views and make changes where that's
possible. Of course, it's also good to hear when things go
well."
