Consumer Relations
The Consumer Relations Unit is responsible for
managing all types of representations (comments, compliments and
complaints) about County Council services, including statutory
Social Care Services functions.
The Unit:-
- Monitors all
representations;
- Independently investigates
complaints;
- Produces reports with
recommendations for improving services;
- Provides statistical data and
analysis for all Directors;
- Advises and assists in staff
training on complaints handling.
