Find an installer

Decided to go ahead and have your roof or cavity walls insulated?

There are a range of different installers to choose from who can provide cavity wall insulation, loft insulation and improvements to your heating system.  It is important to pick a trusted installer who can provide the correct advice related to your home.

For advice on finding an installer who can provide cavity wall and loft insulation contact Act on Energy on 0800 988 2881.

Top tip:

Switch to energy saving light bulbs. They last around 10 times longer than ordinary light bulbs, and each bulb you fit could save around £40 over its lifetime - or up to £65 if you are replacing a bright incandescent bulb, or one used for more than a few hours a day. They come in a whole range of styles.

Act on Energy will give you free and impartial advice and can offer you a range of options and make a referral to a scheme/contractor of your choice. Contractors will always offer individual written quotations for any work involved in insulating your home.  Warmer Worcestershire has not authorised any specific contractor to undertake cold calling, either by telephone or in person, as part of this project.  Warmer Worcestershire does not approve contractors used in supplying and fitting insulation.  Advice on your rights when having work carried out on your home is available from Consumer Direct, the Government consumer helpline on 08454 040506.

Ring Act on Energy on 0800 988 2881 for impartial advice on whether you are eligible for free or discounted insulation.
