The July 2009 Worcester City Citizens' Panel survey covered topics that allow the City Council to understand resident's views:

• Congestion and Blue Badges
• Local Councillors
• Communicating with the Council
• Activities for Teenagers
• Overall Satisfaction with Worcester City Council

1,112 surveys were sent out to panellists in July and a response rate of 63% was achieved. This This is up from the previous survey's response rate of 59%.

Response rate by type of survey were as follows:

• Paper – 65%
• Email – 57%
