Worcester Archive Source Project
Five hundred years of documents relating to all aspects of
Worcester life are being made accessible thanks to HLF funding. Two
dedicated staff are working on WASP and will complete the project
to coincide with the opening of the new Library and History Centre
in 2012. We will produce an online catalogue of the archive,
exhibitions and educational resources, most of which will support
the national curriculum.
We are working with the University of Worcester, Worcester City
Council, and the City and County Archaeology Services to give as
many people as possible access to this fantastic archive
collection.
