Worcester Library is housed in a building that is over 100 years
old on one of the main routes into the City. It shares its
premises with the City Museum and Art Gallery and the
Little G I N G E R P I G Company © Cafe.
As well as lending books, Spoken Word, CD's, Videos, DVD's and
CD-Roms it also offers the following services:-
- 48 computers offering free access to the internet for up to 2
hours a day
- Local and national newspapers and magazines to browse
- Worcestershire County Music Library
- lending orchestral and vocal scores to local performers
- Experienced library staff to answer your questions
- Community collections of books to local groups, care homes,
childminders and playgroups
- Photocopier and Fax services
- Library Service at Home
- Children's Activities
- Readers group - 3rd Monday of the month from 5.30pm in
the Committee Room on the ground floor
- Class visits for schools and youth groups
- WEA introduction to ICT classes
- For events and happenings in and around Worcester view or print
your own copy of our publication Happening

- The toilets at Worcester Library are in the Art Gallery/Museum
upstairs. They are available during Art Gallery
and Museum opening hours . There are disabled and baby
changing facilties and an accessible lift.
