Call for parents to use their voice
Parents Voice is calling on parents to provide
feedback on County Council services.
The Parents Voice Steering Group works closely
with Worcestershire County Council to provide parents' perspectives
on services for children and young people in the county.
This group, which is run by parents, is
holding their Annual General Meeting (AGM) on March 25, and is
inviting more parents and carers to come along to find out how they
can get involved.
Parents can provide ideas for family
activities, feedback to the County Council on services for families
and will also have the opportunity to become further involved and a
member of this group.
Rachel Adams, Worcestershire County
Council's Parent Engagement Adviser, Worcestershire County
Council's, said: "Members of the Parents Voice Steering
Group are hoping that more parents will help them to voice their
opinions at the annual meeting. Your ideas matter! Come and help us
plan for the future. We can make a difference for Worcestershire's
children and their families."
The meeting is taking place at Perdiswell
Young People's Leisure Club on Thursday, March 25, from 7.30pm
until 9pm.
