Worcestershire Property Search (WPS) offers a FREE, impartial and confidential property finding service.

With the WPS service you register your requirements once and a list of properties or land from dozens of agents is generated for your perusal. You will also receive alerts when new properties matching your requirements are listed.

The database is the most comprehensive listing of employment land, industrial and commercial premises in Worcestershire. It is frequently updated with the cooperation of the county's commercial property agents.

You can search for premises by size, type or preferred location. Freehold and leasehold units of all types are listed: office, industrial, warehouse, retail, garage, hotel, restaurant and investment properties – as well as plots of land. Properties and land are featured from across the county: Worcester, Malvern, Upton upon Severn, Tenbury Wells, Pershore, Evesham, Broadway, Droitwich, Bromsgrove, Redditch, Kidderminster, Bewdley and Stourport-on-Severn.

Worcestershire Property Search is a partnership project from Worcestershire County Council and the District Councils.
