Community Car Scheme
Volunteers use their own vehicles to provide transport to
medical appointments or to collect prescriptions from Knightwick
Surgery.
Eligibility
- Must be a resident of Alfrick or Lulsley
- Journey can ONLY be for medical appointments or collection of
prescriptions
