Curriculum Outreach

Bishops Wood teaching staff can bring some of their programmes out to your school customising them to your site and needs. As our teachers do the travelling they can spend longer in your school than your class would be able to spend at Bishops Wood. As a result we can often work with two classes in the day.

Topics and Programmes adaptable for bringing out to school include:

  • Minibeasts
  • Rainforests
  • Renewable Energy
  • Pond dipping
  • Hedgerow Studies
  • Weird Winter
  • Ourselves
  • Three Little Pigs
  • Autumn Amble
  • Sounds Exciting

Do contact us to discuss what is feasible for your site. We can also design bespoke programmes to fit your curriculum needs and site. Our teaching staff are very experienced in delivering learning outside the classroom and can help you make better use of your grounds in the future thus leaving you with a lasting legacy.

Contact John Rhymer to discuss how we can help meet your needs. Availability will depend on existing bookings at Bishops Wood.
