The Field Section of the Historic Environment Archaeology
Service undertakes a wide range of projects within Worcestershire,
neighbouring counties in the West Midlands and beyond.

The Field Section has its own specialists in finds and
environmental archaeology and is able to supply qualified
geophysical survey teams on a sub-contract basis. The illustration
team is also able to deliver a full illustration and design
service.
The Field Section is a Registered Archaeological
Organisation, validated by the Institute for
Archaeologists.
